At a No 10 press conference, the PM pledged to 'take back control' of Britain's borders. The sweeping migration shake-up also included a warning about the UK becoming 'an island of strangers' without greater restrictions.
"I'm not here to defend Keir Starmer today. I think it may turn out to be a huge misstep politically. Morally, it's already close to disgusting."
"But I don't know that the island of strangers line reads quite as some of the coverage would claim," James continues.
