Annette Herfkens was the only person to survive the crash of Vietnam Airlines Flight 474 in 1992.
Annette describes the moment that "everything went black", seeing "no life" behind her husband's smile who was sat next to her, and how she was able to survive eight days alone in the Vietnamese jungle before she was rescued.
