Speaking on Tuesday morning, the US president laid blame at the doors of both Israel and Iran, insisting he was "not happy" with either nation - noting in particular that he is "really unhappy" with Israel.
"Do not drop those bombs," Mr Trump told Israel, as he spoke to reporters from the White House lawn before leaving for the NATO summit in The Hague.
However, President of the US Middle East Project and Former Peace Negotiator, Daniel Levy thinks it shows something else, and he joins Andrew Marr to discuss.
