The government has made concessions, but faces an uphill battle. Their climbdown follows attempts by Labour to pass the bill in a bid to help shave around £5bn off the welfare budget by 2030.
Labour MP for Walthamstow, Stella Creasy, and Minister of State for Social Security and Disability, Stephen Timms, joined Andrew Marr and debated the issue before they are both set to vote tomorrow.
