as posted by the channelBenjamin Netanyahu has defended his government’s plan to take “full control” of Gaza City following a wave of international criticism.
The IDF have stated that 60,000 reservists are set to be called up for service in September as the Israeli PM presses on with plans for expansion.
At a news conference, the Israeli Prime Minister claimed its complete occupation would be completed "fairly quickly" - calling it the “best way to end the war”.
"Our goal is not to occupy Gaza, our goal is to free Gaza," he said.
The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting to discuss Israel's proposal.
Lewis Goodall is joined by Israeli teenager Iddo Elam, who is refusing to be drafted into the IDF.
