It has been reported that meetings with Labour backbenchers have been set up to whip MPs into line, ahead of Rachel Reeves' budget this month.
After the difficult of passing the welfare bill, there is rumoured to be 'instability' amongst backbenchers.
Aggie questions whether Labour MPs are being 'scared into submission', in order to avoid 'chaos', if there were to be another rebellion so close to the budget.
Joseph Draper, LBC's reporter, also talks to Marr with another LBC exclusive story concerning Starmer refusing to let four suspended Labour MPs back into the party because they ‘haven’t been punished enough yet’.
Rachael Maskell, Neil Duncan Jordan, Brian Leishman and Chris Hinchliff were all kicked out of the party in July after breaches of party discipline.
Joseph Draper speaks to Leishman and Duncan Jordan about the news that they won't be allowed back into the party this year, spending another six months in suspension.
