4:58Now PlayingLBC's Natasha Clark joins Nick Ferrari to talk about the overnight 'revelation' from Downing Street.
Ahead of this month's budget, it is rumoured that 'unpopular' PM Keir Starmer is facing threats from members of his own party who are looking to oust him from his position.
However, Health Secretary Wes Streeting joined Nick Ferrari this morning to dispel these rumours, condemning them as 'ridiculous'.
Streeting even went as far to say that people in Downing Street have been 'watching too much Celebrity Traitors'.
His denial follows the release of late-night briefings in which Starmer's allies vowed to protect him in the event of a challenge to his leadership.
Natasha Clark outlines that in order for an oust to take place, 20% of Labour parliamentary MPs would have to outwardly back another opponent, an outcome that at this moment, seems 'unlikely'.
