For the second time in history, a federal judge found that Donald Trump-tapped U.S. Attorney was unlawfully appointed. The other time this happened was also during Trump's second term. Earlier this year, a federal judge disqualified Trump's former personal attorney Alina Habba from serving as U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey. On Tuesday, a separate judge invalidated the appointment of the District of Nevada's U.S. Attorney Sigal Chattah, a failed GOP candidate who lost an election amid scandal over virulently racist comments. The trend of Trump-appointed U.S. Attorneys failing to secure Senate confirmation or judicial approval shows no signs of relenting. Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News breaks it down.
