as posted by the channel

Four days after Donald Trump's second inauguration, the DOJ issued a memo announcing prosecutors would dial back on prosecutions under the FACE Act, a law passed to shield women and doctors from being harassed at abortion clinics. But Trump's DOJ finally found a FACE Act prosecution that it likes: threatening to charge journalist Don Lemon for reporting on a protest that took place inside a St. Paul church, where protesters believed a pastor was ICE's acting field director. Former federal prosecutor and media lawyer Mitchell Epner explains the reach of the law and the First Amendment issues at work. Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News hosts.
