YouTube Description
as posted by the channelLegal AF’s Ray Brescia is joined by Milan Markovic, Presidential Impact Fellow, Professor of Law, and Co-Convener of the Program in Law and Social Science at the Texas A&M University School of Law, a leading voice at the intersection of international law and legal ethics. Brescia and Markovic discuss the lawlessness of the Trump Administration’s actions on the international stage, from the extrajudicial execution of individuals alleged to be trafficking in drugs, to the invasion of Venezuela and the threats against Denmark over Trump’s expansionist impulses towards Greenland. They also discuss the role of lawyers in these actions and the extent to which the lawyers who provide advice authorizing such actions are incompetent at best, and knowingly flouting the rule of law, the Constitution, and our international obligations at worst.
