YouTube Description
as posted by the channelAttorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian—both of Armenian descent—respond to Dr. Mehmet Oz's video accusing the "Russian Armenian Mafia" of running a $3.5 billion fraud scheme in Los Angeles. The CMS administrator filmed himself driving through Van Nuys, pointing at businesses with Armenian script and claiming they're fronts for organized crime. One problem: the business he zoomed in on was a bakery. The sign said "Fresh Bread." That bakery has since seen a 30% drop in business. Brian and Shant explain why this isn't just incompetent—it's personal. Oz is a Turkish-American dual citizen who served in the Turkish military, has dined with President Erdoğan, and has refused to acknowledge the Armenian Genocide. He lost his Senate race in part because Armenian Americans donated heavily against him. Now he's running Medicare and Medicaid and using his platform for what looks like ethnic retribution dressed up as fraud enforcement. Governor Newsom has filed a civil rights complaint. The hosts aren't laughing.
