They discuss how America’s visa process allows immigrants to work and pay into Social Security and Medicaid and also allows them to adjust their status to become citizens, a process the federal government oversees and yet the administration has repeatedly wrongly claimed that Americans who have a right to vote cannot do so—all of which is occurring in a period where Trump has targeted immigrants with harsh treatment and also continued to make claims about voting by immigrants that are debunked.
