9:54Now PlayingAnthony Davis explains how the Trump regime today granted a 30-day waiver allowing purchases of Iranian oil already at sea, aiming to ease energy supply strains tied to the U.S.-Israeli conflict with Iran, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said. It’s the third sanctions waiver in about two weeks, following earlier moves on Russian oil. The new license permits sales of Iranian crude and petroleum loaded between March 20 and April 19. Bessent said the move could release about 140 million barrels onto global markets, helping lower prices and ease supply pressure, calling it a way to use Iranian oil “to keep the price down” during ongoing operations, ignoring the fact it will actually help Iran fund the war against the USA.
