We’re used to politicians getting away with lying, but a German politician has been prosecuted for telling the truth.
Marie-Thérèse Kaiser is a politician for the rightwing party AfD. When Hamburg's mayor campaigned to bring Afghan men to Germany, she criticised it as that group is hugely overrepresented in German sexual offence statistics.
She was prosecuted for incitement to hatred. But she's factually correct.
I also look at the establishment attempts to snuff out the AfD (and any other right-wing party across Europe) and how democracy is being weakened by the establishment's refusal to listen to voters on the issue of mass immigration from culturally distant countries.
