I know I'm spamming you with videos this week but stuff keeps happening! The latest insanity is the British government secretly smuggling thousands of Afghans into Britain and taking out a super injunction to stop anyone finding out about it. It's going to cost us £7bn. Oh, and to say thanks for offering asylum, they're suing us.

Is this a good idea? Our esteemed leaders insist that these men are the best of the best - diligent, honourable servicemen; doctors and engineers.

Reality says they're chancers whose dodgy applications were waved through our weak asylum system. Afghan nationals are vastly overrepresented as benefits claimants (4x the rate of British people) and as perpetrators of sexual offences (23x the rate of Brits).

Afghan cultural practices also include Bacha Bazi, or "dancing boys", to use one of the euphemisms that have to be deployed to protect valley tribesmen (see also: "grooming gangs").

And if you're hoping they'll be dissuaded from committing sex crimes by the threat of deportation - there is no threat of deportation.

Coming just as Epping reaches boiling point over an alleged sex offender at a migrant hotel, the government seems hellbent on pushing the country to the brink.
