I grew up in Dumfries. It's an idyllic rural farming town. I always thought it was somewhere I could escape to if London got overly "enriched" and a bit too "greatest strengthened" to raise my kids.
Well, not any more. As part of Operation Scatter, Labour have dumped migrants at a hotel in Dumfries. These men have been loitering outside the schools. Police insist no crimes have been committed - I don't understand why we have to put the kids in danger and wait for a crime.
Schoolgirls have been handed whistles for their defence. But I'm not sure that blowing a whistle is the best idea given that many of these men operate in gangs. Blowing the whistle will just alert nearby migrants to come and join in.
