Have you noticed how after every terror attack or racially sensitive murder, the bereaved family always releases the same boilerplate statement "He wouldn't want his death to cause division or be exploited by the far right"?
I always thought that if these statements were the unfiltered words of the family, every once in a while you'd get a tearful parent demanding bloody vengeance.
And then Keir Starmer would have to say, "Well, we must respect the family's wishes. Bloody vengeance it is".
A Daily Mail reporter spoke to sources linked to the secretive Research, Information and Communications Unit, which uses family liaison officers to guide these statements.
And it does so much more. It sends covert operatives to lay flowers at the scenes of terror attacks. It plaster pro-diversity graffiti on walls. It even sent a boy band into Muslim schools to sing anti-terror songs.
Or was it behind the woman who started singing "Don't Look Back In Anger" at the vigil for the Manchester Arena victims? Something about that seemed off to me, so I did some digging and discovered that she's an actress.
And as for respecting the parents' wishes, well, there are many parents who don't echo the banal platitudes of RICU, and they are ignored by the government - or worse.
Get a hair transplant from the place that did mine!
