On the January 26, 2022 episode of Liberal Dan Radio I will be inviting on the show Ken W. Good, a Texas bail attorney and board member of the Professional Bondsmen of Texas. There is a movement amongst many on the left side of the aisle who believe that the bail system is flawed and some people seeking criminal justice reform have helped to form charitable bail funds to help people deal with what is seen as a racist system. There are others who question if these funds do more harm than good because of what happened with Darrell Brooks, who was out on bail on one set of charges when he allegedly plowed through revelers in a Wakesha Christmas parade. He was then offered bail again. We will have this conversation at the bottom half of the hour.
