Warning, this video has some salty language, you have been warned.
Most of the media networks have said that the way the states got standing in this case was through Missouri and MOHELA. But none that I saw or heard went into specific details as to WHY they got standing. What argument did they make? How did they establish the "harm" that they claim would happen if $10-20K worth of student loans were discharged from federally held borrowers? Well, on my podcast last night, I did a deep dive into the ruling and will show you the exact argument that they made. It pissed me off and it should piss you off as well. There is no way they should have ever gotten standing. Furthermore, all these claims by the GOP that the Democrats want the working class to pay the loans of the wealthy, is all apparently a smoke screen, done to distract you from who the GOP really wants them to spend their money paying. Want to know more? Watch.
