John Alexander joined the Assistant Minister for Cities, Angus Taylor, to announce a $499,000 technology grant to reduce heavy traffic congestion and improve connectivity at Macquarie Park.

The Smart Transport Planning project involves the development of a 3D data atlas of real-time and historical transport data to significantly improve traffic flow.

Thanks to this project the local community will get improved planning of transport services, and better traffic management.
