Whether our influence is small or large, we all take our place in history simply by speaking out.

More of us are openly declaring not just what we stand against but also what we stand for. We are tired of playing defence. It's time to go on the offence. We stand against gods, dogma and superstition. We stand for and fight for enlightenment values; values that gave many of us rights and freedom we take for granted. Values not based on ancient scriptures, revelations or divine authority. Values that have proven to work; values that have brought millions out of misery.

We fight for a second age of enlightenment. Not for the west or the east but for the entire planet. We are going after gods and sacred cows. We are tearing down walls built around ideas too holy to tackle. We'll challenge all ideas including our own's. Because a unity dependent on agreements is not a unity worth fighting for.

The truth still matters. Skepticism still matters. Reconsidering ideas is still possible. Conversations between people who disagree are still possible.

We are at war. A war of ideas. We wage this war to keep it a war of ideas and nothing else. When words don't get exchanged, fists and bullets will.
