23:05Now PlayingThe War on Women and Children: America’s Real Shutdown
This isn’t just about politics. It’s about power.
When the Trump government shutdown hits, millions of women and children will lose food stamps and WIC — and once again, America will prove that it doesn’t value the people who make life possible.
I’ve lived this story. I became homeless after my husband left me, slept in parking lots, and fed my kids with food stamps. I know what it’s like to do everything “right” — be the wife, the mother, the believer — and still lose everything because the system was never built to protect women.
This is bigger than MAGA vs. Democrats. It’s the same ancient war — patriarchy vs. worth.
It’s capitalism vs. compassion.
It’s men in power vs. women and children who pay the price.
If you’ve ever stood in a grocery line counting food stamps, if you’ve ever felt invisible, if you’ve ever been told to “find a man to take care of you,” this video is for you.
