This isn’t theory for me. I spent decades inside high-control religious and political environments, and the patterns I’m seeing now feel very familiar.

I walk through the historical roots of these dynamics—from early colonial power structures to Enlightenment pushback—and why those tensions never actually disappeared. If anything, they’re resurfacing in new forms.
