YouTube Description
as posted by the channelPam Hemphill joins Sam Osterhout LIVE to talk about the protests in Portland.
Pam Hemphill — once known as “MAGA Granny” — is now documenting state violence instead of defending it.
After serving 60 days for January 6, she’s exposing what she calls “the theater” of ICE crackdowns in Portland.
Peaceful protesters are being smeared as rioters while MAGA agitators and law enforcement escalate the chaos.
Hemphill’s message is simple: “The truth needs to get out there — and it’s not what the media’s showing you.”
Pam Hemphill has seen both sides of America’s protest culture — and she’s calling it like she sees it. “We are watching theater,” she told Sam, describing federal agents staging violent optics against peaceful demonstrators in Portland. Pam says she went there to test the propaganda herself — to see whether the protesters were really dangerous. What she found, she said, were teachers, doctors, and elderly women holding signs, only to be pepper-sprayed and shoved by ICE officers. “If they were violent,” she said, “I’d be gone.”

Her story flips the narrative that’s dominated right-wing media. Pam describes MAGA provocateurs like Nick Sortor and “paid podcasters” fabricating confrontations for clicks, while the actual protesters enforce non-violence, remove armed agitators, and protect one another. She insists the chaos Trump’s allies show on screen is manufactured — a staged excuse to justify more federal force. From pink smoke grenades to rubber bullets, she says the imagery is designed to deceive: “It’s theater — nothing more.”

Pam’s journey from January 6 defendant to pro-democracy witness captures a quiet moral rebellion. She’s not asking for sympathy — she’s demanding truth. “I was lied to once,” she said. “Never again.”
