The upcoming trials related to former President Donald Trump in different states are garnering significant attention. In contrast to trials in Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C., the Georgia election interference case will be accessible to the public through televised and online proceedings, as confirmed by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee.

Judge McAfee has given his approval for cameras in the courtroom and stated that the proceedings will be livestreamed on the court's YouTube channel. This openness is in accordance with Georgia's policies, which allow cameras in court proceedings with judicial authorization.

Although the arraignment of defendants in the Georgia case, scheduled for September 6, will be televised, former President Trump and several other defendants have opted to waive their appearances for the arraignment and have entered pleas of not guilty.

In this Georgia criminal case, Trump faces charges of racketeering and conspiracy related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election. It was also noted that Trump will not appear in person for the scheduled arraignment next week.

As for a trial date, it has not been set yet. There have been disagreements between Trump's legal team and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis regarding proposed trial dates, with original suggestions centered around March 4. However, it's mentioned that the trial for the federal election interference case is scheduled to begin on that same day in Washington, D.C.
