In addition to his extensive broadcasting career, Judge Napolitano has authored nine books centered on the U.S. Constitution, with two of them achieving New York Times Best Seller status. His latest work, titled "SUICIDE PACT: The Radical Expansion of Presidential Powers and the Assault on Civil Liberties," delves into contemporary issues related to presidential powers and civil liberties.
