Fani Willis Must Be Indicted and Sentenced for Obvious Perjury If Trump's 76 Year-Old CFO Was

Allen Weisselberg, former CFO of the Trump Organization, has pleaded guilty to two counts of perjury related to his testimony in Donald Trump's civil fraud trial. Announced in a Manhattan court by his attorney, Seth Rosenberg, Weisselberg is recommended to serve five months in jail, with sentencing set for April 10. The Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office claims Weisselberg lied during a 2020 deposition and the trial, asserting he was unaware of the overvaluation of Trump's apartment prior to a Forbes article, despite knowing earlier. Additionally, Weisselberg acknowledged engaging in further perjurious actions. The DA's office emphasized the gravity of lying under oath, stating Weisselberg's actions undermine the justice system's integrity. Assistant DA Gary Fishman highlighted the broader damage to judicial trust caused by Weisselberg's falsehoods.
