Is Fani Willis Heading A Racketeering Criminal Enterprise?

During a Georgia State Senate hearing, defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant addressed instances of "intimidation" towards key witness Terrence Bradley, following her motion to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. The Georgia Senate Special Committee on Investigations had subpoenaed Merchant after her January 8 motion alleged Willis financially benefited by appointing her romantic partner Nathan Wade as a special prosecutor.

Merchant reported that after filing her motion, Bradley, Wade's former law partner, received intimidating calls from individuals associated with Willis, attempting to identify the leak source. One call was from Gabe Banks, an attorney with connections to the district attorney's office, questioning Bradley's potential involvement. Subsequently, Wade contacted Bradley's close friend, reminding him of attorney-client privilege, which Bradley perceived as an attempt at intimidation.

In the subsequent hearing on the motion, Bradley avoided answering questions by citing attorney-client privilege. However, Judge Scott McAfee determined that some communications regarding Willis's relationship were not protected by this privilege.

Merchant expressed her concern over what she considered witness tampering and described her efforts to shield Bradley. Meanwhile, new witnesses emerged, claiming Bradley had shared details of Willis and Wade's relationship, contradicting his sworn testimony.

One such revelation came from Cindi Lee Yeager, who overheard Willis's warning to Bradley during a phone call about an article discussing Wade's financial gains from the county.

The district attorney's office, Bradley, and Banks did not respond to inquiries for comments, while the resolution of the motion to disqualify Willis was anticipated within two weeks following closing arguments.
