The British phrase "standing for election" seems more apt for Biden than "running," given his increasingly static presence.

Despite public and political speculation, Biden remains resolute. His administration points to legislative achievements and ongoing initiatives as evidence of his vitality and effectiveness. However, the visual and behavioral evidence often tells a different story, one that fuels ongoing debates about his fitness for office.
