🔴 The BidenHarris administration has announced the suspension of the CHNV Parole Program, which allowed up to 30,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to enter the U.S. monthly under specific qualifications, following allegations of widespread fraud. Since its inception, nearly half a million migrants have entered the country through this program.

An internal report from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), obtained by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), uncovered significant fraudulent activities in the application process. The report detailed the misuse of fraudulent information in thousands of Form I-134A documents, which sponsors file with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of parole applicants.

The investigation revealed several forms of fraud, including the use of fake Social Security Numbers (SSNs), some of which belonged to deceased individuals, and falsified phone numbers. Many applications listed identical physical addresses, with over 19,000 forms sharing just 100 addresses. Some applicants applied from questionable locations such as a single property, mobile park homes, warehouses, and storage units. Additionally, numerous applications were submitted from the same IP address, and identical answers were repeated on hundreds of forms—some responses were used by over 10,000 applicants.

Dan Stein, president of FAIR, criticized the administration, stating, “This damning internal report further confirms that the sole focus of the Biden-Harris administration, when it comes to illegal immigration, is getting as many people into the country as they can, by any means necessary, and at the risk of national security.”

Stein argued that the CHNV program was implemented without congressional approval and violated statutory requirements, which mandate that parole be granted only on a case-by-case basis for specific national interest or humanitarian reasons. He further accused the administration of disregarding the law and allowing DHS to confirm applications despite clear evidence of fraud.

Stein posed critical questions: “Who gave the orders to ignore fraud? Has the agency taken steps to stop it? And what, if anything, is DHS doing to track down and potentially revoke parole for the many thousands of people granted entry after filing fraudulent applications?”

He called on Congress to take immediate action to shut down the CHNV program, emphasizing the need to address the broader issue of illegal immigration exacerbated by current policies.
