Rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new civil lawsuit, accusing him and his bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, of drugging and r*ping a woman in 2001. The lawsuit, filed by Thalia Graves, claims that Combs and Sherman assaulted her while recording the incident and showing it to others. This lawsuit follows a string of similar se*ual misconduct allegations against Combs, which he has consistently denied. Graves' lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles for Combs, who is also facing federal charges for racketeering, s*x trafficking, and pr*stitution-related offenses. Combs was arrested in Manhattan in September 2024 and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he shares a unit with disgraced cryptocurrency mogul Sam Bankman-Fried.
