President-elect Donald Trump has once again proven he’s the only leader willing to ask the hard questions and demand action as mysterious, unidentified drones continue to buzz over American skies. While the government dithers and hides behind bureaucratic jargon, Trump is cutting through the nonsense, calling for exactly what any common-sense American would: shoot them down.
In a fiery post on Truth Social, Trump exposed what millions of Americans are thinking: how can these drone sightings possibly be happening without the government knowing about it? “I don’t think so!” Trump wrote, challenging the feeble excuses offered by the FBI, DHS, and Pentagon. His post wasn’t just a question—it was a command to the government to stop hiding behind their vague, dismissive statements and take real action. If these drones are a threat, or even if they aren’t, why should they be allowed to violate American airspace without consequence? Trump’s solution was simple, effective, and decisive: “Shoot them down!!! DJT.”
Meanwhile, the so-called “experts” at the Pentagon, FBI, and DHS are busy passing the buck, issuing hollow reassurances that there’s “no evidence of a threat” or a “foreign nexus.” This is the same swamp logic that allowed a Chinese spy balloon to traipse across our country earlier this year with no meaningful response. Are we really supposed to trust these same agencies to protect us now?
And let’s not forget the laughable denial from the Pentagon about an “Iranian mothership” off the East Coast—a claim made by Rep. Jeff Van Drew. Whether or not the mothership theory holds water, Trump is the only one treating this situation with the seriousness it deserves. Unlike the bureaucrats, who are too busy covering their backsides to give straight answers, Trump is demanding transparency and action. The American people have a right to know what’s in their skies, and they certainly have a right to know why their government hasn’t taken decisive action to ensure their safety.
The limp response from federal agencies reeks of the same incompetence and apathy that’s plagued the Biden administration from the start. How many more bizarre aerial incidents do we have to endure before someone does their job?
