The s*icide note purportedly written by Matthew Livelsberger, the Cybertruck bomber responsible for the explosion outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, presents an alarming and unhinged narrative. In the note, Livelsberger alleges that China has been covertly stalking the United States with advanced drones launched from submarines, describing these unmanned aircraft as the "most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed." The former Green Beret and active US Army Ranger sent the note to retired US Army intelligence officer Sam Shoemate shortly before the attack.
Livelsberger claimed these drones utilize "gravitic propulsion systems" and have been deployed by China from the Atlantic for years, with recent activity signaling an escalation. He likened their use to China's surveillance balloons employed for signals intelligence and ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance), alleging that dozens of such balloons are operational at any given time. According to Livelsberger, these advanced drones possess near-limitless payload capacity and stealth capabilities, creating what he referred to as a "checkmate" scenario for US national security.
The note called for the US government to disclose its own history of developing and weaponizing such technologies, as well as details on China's activities and strategies for countermeasures. Livelsberger warned that China is "poised to attack anywhere on the East Coast," portraying an imminent and catastrophic threat.
Investigators are exploring potential links between the Las Vegas bombing and the New Orleans terrorist attack on the same day, while also probing whether Livelsberger's actions were motivated by personal grievances or mental health struggles. The extraordinary claims in the note add a new layer of complexity to the case, raising questions about Livelsberger's state of mind and true intentions.
The explosion outside the Trump Hotel killed one person and injured six others, amplifying the shock of Livelsberger’s apparent s*icide moments before the detonation.
