Last week, Washington state's AG Bob Ferguson sued President Trump, calling the ban unconstitutional. On February 3, a federal judge in Seattle granted the temporary restraining order, which halted implementation of the ban.
Today, the appeals court heard arguments from both sides about President Trump's travel ban. Each side was allowed to argue for 30 minutes over the phone.
