Nicole Harper says a trooper tried to pull her over for speeding, she put her hazard lights on and was going to get off the nearest exit, but the trooper pulled a pit maneuver instead, sending her car into tailspin. Her vehicle hit a concrete barrier and flipped. The Arkansas state police have yet to comment on this case, but Harper's lawyers are claiming negligence and excessive use of force.
