4:06Now PlayingThe TSA has confirmed that arrest warrants that were issued for illegal immigration charges can be used as identification for flying on a plane. The policy, which also existed during President Donald Trump and President Barack Obama's administrations, states that those who use the arrest warrant as ID will then receive additional screening before being allowed to fly. During the secondary screening, the documents will be validated through cross checking the database with Customs and Border Protection.
