23:49Now PlayingFrank Robert James, the suspect in the Brooklyn, New York, subway attack, was arrested in downtown Manhattan after being spotted by people on the street who called the police tipline. The FBI said James committed a "terrorist attack on mass transit" and have now charged him with terror-related offenses that could result in a life sentence, if convicted. Police also noted that James is known to police, with a dozen arrests in the tri-state area including 9 prior arrests in New York City from 1992-1998 and three arrests in NJ, the most recent in 2007.
