As part of a lawsuit against the school filed by the parents, security guard Kimberly Potts is being added as a defendant in light of video evidence viewed by the attorney representing the families. The attorney said video shows Potts walk past a deceased student in the hallway, and when she was asked about it later, claimed she thought it was staged as part of the drill and the student was just wearing makeup.
