The case of a Christian mailman who didn’t want to work Sundays was used by the Supreme Court to solidify protections for workers who ask for religious accommodations.

A unanimous decision announced Thursday made clear that workers who ask for accommodations, like taking the Sabbath off, should get them unless their employers show doing so would result in “substantial increased costs” to business.

Andrew Lieb, a legal expert with Lieb at Law, joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the case and the effect it could have.
