Police said the suspect's cousin, Salvador Ramos was the man who fatally shot 19 students and two staff members at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas in 2022.
Court documents obtained by multiple news outlets allege the teen made statements to his sister that he would "do the same thing," leading his sister to notify their mother, who informed police.
Brett Cross' son, Uziyah "Uzi" Garcia was among those killed at Robb Elementary. He joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the allegations against the shooter's cousin.
