Allegations of a romance between Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and a special prosecutor she appointed could have an impact on the Trump Georgia election case.

The claim surfaced earlier this month in court filings by an ex-Trump 2020 campaign operative and co-defendant in the case, who asserts that the purported relationship between Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade renders the sweeping racketeering indictment “fatally defective.”

LiveNOW's Andrew Craft spoke about the trial and the allegations with legal analyst Doug Burns.
