The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday that 70 of the remaining 120 hostages are believed to be dead, citing US officials.
The information came after investigators had a chance to speak with four hostages rescued from Gaza during a special operation.
The Hamas terrorist group attacked Israel on Oct. 7, killing 1,200 people and taking more than 250 hostages.
Tensions also continue to rise between Israel and Hezbollah as the two appear to be on the brink of an all-out war.
