Debby blasted parts of Florida with flooding, damaging rain, and storm surge. The storm is expected to make landfall in the Big Bend region around 6 A..M Eastern Time.
The National Hurricane Center expects nearly 2 feet or rain in parts of Georgia and South Carolina. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said, "What's going to make this much different than what we had with Idalia is it is going to move very slowly once it enters Florida."
