12:45Now PlayingJeffrey Piccolo filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Disney after his wife Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan died from an allergic reaction after eating at an Irish pub in Disney Springs, court documents state.
Disney, however, asked a Florida court to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that Piccolo had signed up for a one-month trial of Disney+ in 2019 and the terms and conditions stated that Piccolo would settle any lawsuits against Disney out of court through the arbitration process.
Attorney Erin Ehrlich Caro joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to break down all of the legal issues involved.
