23:55Now PlayingLaw enforcement are continuing to search for the suspect in the Interstate 75 shooting that took place in Kentucky. The Laurel County Sheriff's Office said that left eight people hurt. It's been 72 hours since the search began for Joseph Couch.
Officials say the suspect opened fire around 6 p.m. on Saturday near exit 49. Authorities say the shooter fired 20 to 30 rounds, striking 12 vehicles.
The Laurel County Sheriff's Office revealed Couch sent text messages saying, "going to kill a lot of people."
