Mangione is set for a hearing in state court in Manhattan at 2:15 p.m. et. Prosecutors, as well as Mangione's defense lawyers, are expected to provide updates on the status of the case. Judge Gregory Carro could also set deadlines for pretrial paperwork and possibly even a trial date.
