Erik and Lyle Menendez have been behind bars for more than 30 years for the 1989 murders of their parents Jose and Kitty Menendez. Hochman didn't hold back, saying the brothers "concocted" their self-defense. The resentencing hearing is set to take place on April 17 and 18.
