6:17Now PlayingOn Tuesday, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi was joined by DEA agents and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Mexico to announce the results of a weeklong investigation into drug trafficking organizations.
Bondi said the multi-agency operation seized 11.5 kilos of fentanyl, calling it "the largest seizure in our nation's history."
This comes as the Trump administration continues to increase pressure on drug cartels and criminal gangs operating across the U.S., while also looking to put a stop on the flow of fentanyl by imposing tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China.
