Democrats in Washington are criticizing the White House's trade war while warning it's a bad sign for the economy. Republicans are on the other side urging consumers to be patient as they wait for President Trump's plan to play out. According to the CEO of Walmart, they started to see prices go up in April and could potentially see impacts through the rest of the year.
