4:12Now PlayingOn Wednesday, the Texas House approved new congressional redistricting maps. These maps, designed to establish five new Republican-leaning districts, will be sent to the Senate for final passage. Democrats have voiced their opposition to the new map, citing concerns about racial discrimination in the new district boundaries.
